Spring-summer flavors in our new menu
There comes a time in spring when we begin to readjust to the fresh and warm air, to enjoy the sun and the terrace and, most importantly, to explore new tastes.
Our new menu has finally made its debut, inspired by the aromas of spring-summer and awakened senses – especially visual, olfactory and gustatory. And this time, we turned our attention to the beauty of simple ingredients. We analyzed all their facets to capitalize on the best of each, and from this exploration was born our new menu.
Because we like to liken food to a feast for the senses, we want the new dishes to offer not only a culinary experience, but an essence and a different meaning of simple and good taste.
Watermelon Gazpacho Soup, grilled artichoke, tapioca mac & cheese, flambéed coconut mousse with rum are just some of the dishes waiting to be discovered.
The drinks menu was also enriched with liqueurs such as tepache (fermented drink obtained from the peel and pulp of the pineapple), kombucha with passion fruit or red oranges, tonic gin, lemonade, superfood drinks and healthy shots.

9 years of Samsara
This time, the celebration of new tastes was harmonized with the celebration of the 9th anniversary of Samsara. 9 years in which, naturally, we cooked with love and passion, we allowed ourselves to explore new elements, we sought to improve and offer you an authentic experience. We continue with what we know how to do better! From the entire team, thank you for full meals, reservations, orders, recommendations and support!
