A healthy life is built on a strong foundation, which is also composed of several ingredients. The basic ingredient of this foundation is food, which nourishes and gives us life.

If you are open to a culinary experience that capitalizes on the fresh ingredients that the soil has given us, we offer you a series of unique events, pop-up, with tasting menu, in a non-conformist social setting, away from weekend routines.

The first event will take place in a very beautiful area located 20 km from Cluj-Napoca in the village of Băbuțiu, Vultureni commune, where Colina Farms laid the foundations of an organically grown vegetable farm.

These vegetables will be the main actors in a theater of the senses, which will take place in the form of a tasting dinner with a pair of drinks, right in their hometown, in the Colina Farms greenhouses, on July 25, 2020.

The dishes with personality will be prepared on the spot by the skilled hands of Chef Horia Simon and Andrei Chelaru, whose dedication and passion for local, seasonal ingredients is truly contagious.

In order to offer the most authentic experience possible, the number of tickets available is limited.

The road to the farm is about 40 minutes away. Upon request we provide transportation to the event and back.

Dress code: casual dressy, natural material.
