Autumn flavors in the new Samsara menu ?
Through the rustling of leaves and the smell of autumn, we launched the new Samsara menu, a menu passed through the imagination and mastery of our own kitchen, which puts the tastes, textures and colors of the season on the plate.
We let autumn show us, like every year, how nature transforms, how it spreads the smell of pumpkin baked in the oven and freshly picked grapes, how it puts all its rich fruits on our table.

We have included new dishes with autumnal flavors, inspired by seasonal ingredients, dishes that should not only be seen and tasted, but experienced with all the senses. The menu includes dishes like Caramelized Eggplant Pie, Veggie rainbow pie, Orecchiette with zucchini and riccota, Caramelized plum cake and many others that are just waiting to be tasted.
Because we like to stay true to the classic flavours on the Samsara menu, you will still be able to enjoy dishes such as cauliflower popcorn, Double Cheesy Burger, cabbage à la Cluj or lasagna with mushrooms and spinach.
Autumn flavored drinks
We haven’t left out the drinks either, so we’ve included unique, comforting flavors and ingredients in our cocktails, such as pear, yuzu, passion fruit, almond or pear foam with bergamot and chili (Godfather Punch, Passion Fruit Martini, Japanese Collins are just a few of the signature cocktails worth trying). The homemade drinks from the Samsara laboratory stand out – kombucha with pomegranate or passion fruit, tepache with basil or ginger beer.
Autumn is also about looking for the warmth from within, the warmth of the home, the warmth of food. A warmth that we wanted to be found in the dishes of this menu. A warmth that you can feel in peace, that makes you think of the sun over the summer that sweetened the fruits and vegetables and contributed, subtly, to what you will enjoy on your plate. Autumn tastes are best reflected in aromatic dishes, with delicate textures and fully utilized ingredients. The story of autumn continues with the story on the plate, where food fully fulfills its purpose.
And because the autumn air brings us close, inside, we are waiting for you at our house, in the room with the olive tree, to enjoy together the dishes from the seasonal menu and the relaxing atmosphere we are used to.
