What foods contain unsaturated fats? They help maintain health.<br \/>\ncardiovascular system, because: the level of triglycerides in the blood decreases, the level increases good blood cholesterol, prevent blockage of coronary arteries and reduce the risk of occurrence heart rhythm disorders.<br \/>\nThus, the cardiovascular risk decreases considerably when we choose to eat foods that<br \/>\nthey contain unsaturated fats instead of saturated fats.<br \/>\nIn addition, good fats provide energy to the body, but also help it maintain its temperature.<br \/>\nThey reduce the risk of breast cancer, help with weight loss and fight joint stiffness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the sources of saturated fat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now that we&#8217;ve found out which foods are high in healthy fats, we should look into them<br \/>\nfoods high in saturated fats and the reasons why we should reduce them as much as possible from food.<\/p>\n<p>These bad fats have the exact opposite effect of good fats, ie they increase the risk of diseases cardiovascular and lower blood cholesterol levels. Foods that contain fat<br \/>\nsaturated are red meat and dairy products. Consumed in moderate amounts, these fats<br \/>\nthey are not harmful. Another type of bad fat is trans fat.
